1 Consent to personal data processing for the purposes of marketing

The user agrees that the data controller can contact them for the purposes of product and service marketing, by delivering business information by e-mail, phone, and/or mail, with the user receiving different information about the services and products offered by the data controller and the entities collaborating with them, depending on the user’s preferences and interest in different topics and events. The user can adjust these preferences in their user account, or by sending an e-mail to gdpr@prostudio.sk.

By ticking the consent box, the user grants consent to personal data processing to the extent of their contact information: name, surname, address, e-mail address, and phone number, for the above-mentioned purpose of receiving marketing information about the products offered by the data controller and the entities collaborating with them, by means of e-mail, phone, or mail.

The user can revoke this consent at any time, by sending an e-mail togdpr@prostudio.sk.

2. The policy of personal data protection and processing

The user confirms that the data controller is authorised to collect, store, and process the user’s personal data in the necessary extent, consisting of the user’s name, surname, home address, e-mail address, phone number, and IP address, including any sensitive and other personal information the user makes available over time (hereinafter referred to only as “Personal Data”), and to do it for the following purposes:

(i) to meet the obligations arising from a request or agreement concluded with the user;
(ii) to send business communications and other information about the data controller’s business activities, and to do it electronically, in conformity to relevant regulations;
(iii) to perform related agreements concluded with other suppliers who perform agreements on behalf of the data controller;
(iv) to meet other legal obligations related to the user’s requests or to the agreement they concluded with the data controller, and to its performance; and/or
(v) to protect the data controller’s legitimate interests from a judicial, administrative, or another action.

The data controller will protect this personal data to a sufficient degree, processing it only for the purposes stated here, and storing it only for as long as they are in effect.

The data controller hereby informs the data subject of their right to

(i) request an access to their personal data, and its correction;
(ii) request a deletion and/or portability;
(iii) exercise their right to object to the processing,

by sending an e-mail to gdpr@prostudio.sk. The request will be processed without delay, within 30 days at the most as per Articles 15 to 23 of the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679. The user has a right to file a complaint with their supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27).

If the user submits repeated or unjustified requests, the data controller may charge an adequate fee to cover the costs of processing such a request.
